What an MVP is supposed to do — and why most miss the point

Pivot when evidence consistently contradicts your core assumptions despite reasonable iteration attempts. Persevere when evidence supports the hypothesis and constraints are executional, not strategic. Distinguishing those states requires disciplined review cadence and honest interpretation.
A mature MVP process does not optimise for being right on day one. It optimises for discovering what is true quickly enough to protect capital and momentum.
